• Use Firming and Shaping Gel by rubbing between hands and briskly massage on entire thigh, upper arm, lower stomach, and buttock area. Wash hands immediately after. (You may experience redness and a warming sensation.
• Use Tidal Moisture for Body after bathing. Towel dry the body and apply immediately after.
