• Clean and dry the sides of your nose (an alcohol wipe works great for removing oils).
• Peel and place one adhesive tab on each side of your nose using the included applicator.
• Select your preferred band size and let the magnets snap it into place over the tabs.
• Breathe, sleep, or train. When you're done, gently peel the tabs off and save the band for next time.
