Lightweight enough to fold up like a pair of pants and toss in the included drawstring backpack, they bring clinical-grade leg recovery anywhere, from your couch after a morning run to a hotel room the night before race day.

Whether you just crushed a leg day, logged serious miles on the bike, or spent 10 hours on your feet at a trade show, your legs are holding onto the evidence. The JetBoots Prime use Therabody's proprietary TruGrade Technology to deliver precise, sequential pneumatic compression through four overlapping chambers, inflating and deflating in calibrated cycles that push blood flow upward, flush metabolic waste, and reduce swelling the way your body wishes it could on its own. The built-in pump system synchronizes both boots simultaneously, so there's no external compressor to lug around and no tangled hoses to deal with. An integrated infrared LED therapy module adds another layer of recovery support at the cellular level. • Slide into the boots and zip up for a snug fit along your full leg. Power on using the built-in LCD control panel on the boot itself.
• No app or phone required.
• Tap to select your compression pressure (25, 50, 75, or 100 mmHg) and your session duration (20, 40, or 60 minutes, or continuous mode for an open-ended session).
• Hit play and let the four-chamber system cycle through sequential compression from your feet upward.
• Use them post-workout to accelerate recovery, the evening before a big event to prep fresh legs, or during travel to combat the heavy, sluggish feeling that comes from sitting too long.
• When you're done, let the boots fully deflate, fold them flat, and stow them in the included drawstring backpack.

Start your first few sessions at 50 mmHg for 20 minutes and work your way up. The 100 mmHg setting is powerful and can feel intense if you're new to compression therapy.
