Unlike disposable stretchers, Spaced Out™ is crafted from high-quality, non-toxic gel material that's stretchable, comfortable, hygienic, washable and reusable.

Used by Yoga practitioners around the world, toe stretchers relieve pain and tightness by gently stretching foot and toe muscles in the opposite direction of the compressing forces from cramped shoes.

• Insert toes into the appropriately sized holes with the flat side of the spacers facing down to achieve a light, comfortable stretch.
• Wear spacers on each foot for 5 to 20 minutes in the evening or morning, as is comfortable.
• Add more time as desired to increase muscle relaxation, reverse tightness and build strength.
